An office for Mac and Windows
An AI team that works. A boss who lets them.
Built for small businesses. Michael, your AI office manager, finally hands out the work and brings you only what he can't settle.
Privacy first: one team member, Pete, does the team's web research, behind a trust layer.
The office from above: a pod for each department around Michael's glass office, mailbox posts on the left, and a label card by each pod saying who is working on what.

1 · What is it?
A small office of AI helpers, run by Michael.
- Pick your kind of business. Restaurant, shop, services, trades or software. Each comes with a team that knows the work.
- Michael suggests the team. You pick who joins. Hire more later, or change any job by saying what should change.
- Ready in about three minutes. Setup installs what it needs and signs you in.
Your business
Hi, I'm Michael. I run your office. Tell me about your business and I'll suggest a starter team. You pick who joins.
What kind of business do you run?
Your team
Suggested for Pro Services. Pick whoever you want, and you can hire more later.

Sadiq IT Security, not picked

3 · Can I trust it?
Privacy first. Nothing big happens without you.
Kept on your computer
The team's work, memory and mailbox passwords are kept on your computer. The app sends no usage data, only failure reports with no names, messages or files. It's open source, so anyone can read the code.
You approve what matters
No one pays a bill, promises a refund or posts in public without you. Emails start as drafts.
Built to stop agents going rogue
Pete does the web research; the rest of the team is told to ask Pete. Answers that come back through the trust layer lose any instructions aimed at AI, and email is read as the sender's words, never orders.
4 · How do I keep an eye on it?
Three places. One glance.
Needs you holds only what Michael can't settle. Answer once and the work moves.
The board Every job, and who it's waiting on.
Pulse What got done this week, what it cost, and each team member's time and cost.
FAQ
Questions owners ask.
What do I need?
A Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel) or a Windows 11 PC (x64), and a Claude plan or an Anthropic API key. Setup gets Claude Code ready for you: it installs it if needed, then signs you in. Each team member is a Claude Code agent with its own folder and memory. A Claude Max plan keeps the office running all day; on smaller plans the office takes a break when you reach your usage limit: scheduled jobs still go out on time and wait in the inbox, and the team picks up by itself when it resets. With an API key you pay Anthropic for what the team uses, and connectors such as QuickBooks come with a Claude account. If your Anthropic account runs out of credit, your Claude sign in expires or your API key stops working, the office stops and says why, with Add credit, Sign in or Change key, and scheduled jobs wait in the inbox. Linux is to follow.
Can an agent spend money or email customers on its own?
Money, never: no agent pays a bill, moves money or promises a refund or discount without your approval, and none deletes an email or posts in public. Email, only if you let it: new teammates start on Draft only, where replies wait in Drafts for you. Send on approval puts each email on Needs you first, and they send exactly what you approved, unless you tell them to send that kind without asking, which you can revoke on their Access tab. Can send lets one send on its own. If the connection drops mid-send, an email that may have gone out is held, never sent twice.
Where does my data go?
Work, memory, files and mailbox passwords are kept on your computer (passwords encrypted with a key your system keeps, in the Keychain on a Mac). What an agent reads for a job goes to Claude through your own plan or API key. When your team needs the web, they're told to ask Pete, the Research team member, who is off until you turn them on: every question the app passes to Pete is checked against what you keep private first, and the app gives Pete questions only, never your files. The app sends no usage data, only failure reports with no names, messages or files.
Which mailboxes work?
Gmail, Google Workspace, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho or any IMAP mailbox, each watched by one team member. With Send only, a teammate can also send from an address another teammate watches, such as yours, and isn't given that inbox to read. Outlook and Microsoft 365 aren't supported yet.
Is there a paid version?
No. No paid version, no trial. It's MIT licensed, and the code is on GitHub.
